Congruent Build, acting as the lead Scarborough condo contractor, delivered this comprehensive refurbishment at 61 Town Centre Court. The project was executed through a strategic design-build approach and managed across three distinct phases to ensure consistent quality and minimal resident disruption.

Phased Execution:

Phase One: Full refurbishment of all residential corridors.
Phase Two: Extensive lobby modernization and updates to amenity spaces, including the party room, billiard room, and hobby room.
Phase Three: Upgrades to guest suites, management offices, and the boardroom.

Finishes & Surfaces:

Installation of premium carpeting, high-end wallcoverings, professional tiling, and full interior painting throughout all zones.

Custom Millwork:

Design and fabrication of a custom concierge desk and a fully equipped kitchen for the party room.

Electrical:

Comprehensive lighting upgrades to enhance ambiance and energy efficiency throughout the Forest Vista facility.
